OUR CLINIC:

  • An extremely well-established clinic that opened in November 2015, which has steadily grown to 4 full time physiotherapists and 2 full time registered massage therapists
  • All employees are provided with structured career pathways based on their individual goals and aspirations
  • The clinic is closed on weekends, giving you plenty of time to focus on your passions outside of work
  • Uses electronic charting and online booking through Jane App
  • Has full-time administrative support
  • Focused on providing excellent customer service and evidence-based care 

OUR MODEL:

  • All caseloads consist of only private clientele, with no MVA or WSIB claims
  • Our one-on-one approach uses no assistants or kinesiologists, giving you full autonomy in how you help each individual
  • There is never a “number of visits” target 
  • Assessment slots are a full 60 minutes, with each follow up treatment being 30 minutes
  • All clinicians (owners included) work 2-3 evenings per week and 2-3 mornings per week

  • Hourly pay meaning you can build your caseload confidently without sacrificing income, while maintaining consistent, stress-free financial planning
